- Have a remaining financial need after Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) and all federal/state/institutional grant or scholarship aid (“gift aid”) deducted from student’s 出勤费用 (COA) budget; and, (注意: Gift aid is: Federal Pell Grant; Federal SEOG; TOPS; TOPS Stipend and Institutional 奖学金)
注意: Preference will be given to those students who are age 25 or older; however everyone is eligible to apply. Awards will be granted by the availability of funds; applications will be declined once the available funds for the semester are exhausted.
